I am Zizi, Nutritionist BSc. (Hons) and complimentary therapist who believes in approaching health and fitness holistically, including whole foods, drink and mindful eating, therapy, body and skin treatments.
Over a long time my wide experience working as a holistic and complimentary therapist made me realise that internal well-being is as important as how you appear on the outside. Therefore, I studied three years at University in Health and Nutrition in order to be able to help individual needs.
I always wanted to combine the internal and external: the necessary and appropriate therapeutic approach coupled with healthy eating habits.
My expertise allows me to help my clients attain and maintain healthy eating and lifestyle, as well as looking and feeling great!
